TireJect is the highest rated, most effective tire sealant on the market. This is not your standard off the shelf tire sealant. We engineered our formula to outperform our competitors in every aspect; starting with supieror puncture performance and ending with easy clean up.
TireJect™ Technology features Dupont™ Kevlar® fiber
Permanently fix flat tires and prevent flat tires on all off-road tubeless tires: ATV, UTV, golf cart, utility trailer and other lawn & garden applications.
Our tire sealant features a water soluble formulation that is a breeze to clean up, simply use cold water and a cloth.
This means there is far less mess while replacing tires!
TireJect™ Technology is the key
Our patent pending Tire Repair Sealant is a proprietary blend of thinner, faster flowing sealant paired with the strength of Dupont™ Kevlar® fiber - the fiber that's stronger than steel. TireJect Tire Sealant plugs the tire from the inside and adheres the Kevlar® Fiber into the puncture or leak forming a permanent plug from the inside. Competing tire sealants do not form a permanent plug. TireJect is water soluble, easier to work with and provides superior flat repair and prevention.
Make your tire, literally, bulletproof
Do not attempt this at home! TireJect is the most effective tire sealant on the market - we have made all sorts of puncture demo videos, but this shows it all! Seal any leaks, punctures and even bullet holes!
Driving over a bed of nails
If you see us at a riding event, we are still riding on this tire. We 100% trust our tire sealant and it permanently seals any air leaks from punctures up to 3/8" in the tread or sidewall and even seals bead leaks or dry rot.
TireJect™ vs Slime tire sealant
Anyone that has used a traditional tire sealant like Slime tire sealant knows that it is an absolute mess to work with and commonly does not work. Slime is thick, goopy and designed to stick to your tire and rim. The thick formulation of Slime is designed to stick to the tread area for limited protection of your tires and it causes tire balance issues.
Watch our video comparing the difference between TireJect and Slime tire sealant
This is where TireJect is different, we designed TireJect tire sealant to be a thin/low viscosity liquid that is near the consistency of milk. This means TireJect will not stick to the tread area like Slime tire sealant. While the tire is rotating the tire sealant flows to and seals any leaks in the tread, sidewall and bead area of the tire - can even fix tire dry rot. The thin base tire sealant easily covers and protects all areas of the tire and requires up to 75% less per tire, for example only 8oz of TireJect is needed in a standard ATV tire (Slime requires 24-32oz for the same application).
TireJect is 100% GUARANTEED to Fix Flat Tires
What is guaranteed?
Any type of leak or puncture in a tubeless tire caused by nails, screws, thorns, barbed wire, etc... as long as its from an object 3/8"
Punctures or leaks can be in any location; tread or sidewall
Slow leaks from bead as long as tire bead and rim are not damaged
Had a slow leak (deflating over a week) on our sidexside. It's been over a week since using the TireJect and the tire has maintained pressure. Product easy to use. We'll see how it holds up long term.

THE INJECTOR NEEDS A PUSH BUTTON ON THE SIDE TO HOLD THE TIREJECT IN UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO LET IT GO IN THE TIRE.
Thank you for the review Bruce. What we recommend for measuring is to bend or kink the hose once the injector is attached to the valve stem. This will allow you to pour the sealant in and measure then straighten the hose (unkink) to let the tire sealant flow in and finally use the injector plunger to force any remaining tire sealant through the valve stem.

was skeptical at first, but this stuff really works! And it's so easy......curious how long it lasts.....
Hi Dennis, thank you for taking the tire to write us a review! To answer your question our tire sealant generally lasts 12-18 months for active puncture protection and sometimes even longer. It really depends on the application and storage conditions, basically the more you drive and the faster you drive the faster the tire sealant will build into a thin rubber film on the inside of the tire. An important note is that everything sealed during that time is 100% permanent and will never leak again. We recommend adding tire sealant every season for year to year puncture protection, you only need half the dosage amount as long as you maintain it. Otherwise, if you go 2 years or more without re-applicating you will likely need a full dosage.

Golf Cart picked up Staple
Picked up a small staple in a very new golf cart tire. Two holes to close together for me to be comfortable with plugs.
Tire was holding air but a slow leaker with the staple in. When I was ready to install Tireject I wanted to see how bad the leak was so pulled the staple out. Completely flat in about 15 seconds.
Installed Tireject watched a small trickle out of both holes then aired it up. Been running for a few weeks now with no air loss. I installed Tireject in the other 3 tires as a precaution. Thanks Tireject. Product works as advertised. If it was not for the tire pressure monitors in my cars I would put it in all my tires.

Our '05 Cadillac has excess cracks in the sidewalls but excellent tread because it isn't driven much, so all four tires have slow leaks through these cracks. TireJect did the trick so we expect to get much more life out of these tires. Saved us hundreds by postponing 17" replacements all around! Love the product- don't ever stop making it!!
Hi Melody. We thank you for your great review and for using TireJect. Fixing any puncture or dry-rot on a sidewall of a highway speed vehicle is not recommended for long term use. You could use TireJect for this in a emergency situation and driving with caution to get you back to a certified tire shop. But, we recommend that you take this vehicle to a certified tire shop and get replacement tires as soon as possible. This is our recommendation because it is only a matter of time until the sidewalls fail completely which will be very dangerous at highway speed. If you have questions please contact our support email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Slow leaks on my Honda Pioneer are GONE!
Saw a review of TireJect on a farming website where they used it on tractor tires that had slow leaks for years. TireJect stopped their leaks so I decided to give it a try. After 6 weeks prepping for hunting season, my new Honda Pioneer tires had several plugs in 3 tires and 4 plugs in one tire from running over thorns and field crop stubble. Each of the tires had slow leaks likely from small holes I could not find or from the plugs. I had to air them up each week. I put the TireJect in all 4 tires in 15 minutes and aired them up. Not one time in 2 months have I had to add any air to my tires. Also, craziest thing was that when the temperature dropped from the 70 degree F range down to the teens, I didn't have to add air to my tires! I am a believer in TireJect and so are the other members of my hunting camp. Now I don't have to worry about buying another set of tires this Spring. Awesome product at a great price!

Hi Steven, sorry to hear you had issues with the product. I see that you only had 8oz of tire sealant from your order, this would not be enough product to install in multiple tires. There are only a few reasons TireJect would not seal a leak. Inadequate dosage in the tire, leaky valve stem or a puncture larger than 3/8'. Also, did you drive the lawn mower for at least 5 minutes? This will make sure the tire sealant flows around to all areas of the tire for a good seal. We are committed to providing the very best product and customer service. Please call our help line at 607-329-0789, if we are unable to resolve the issue we will refund your money per the TireJect Guarantee.

Hi John. Sorry to hear you had issues with our product. Did you identify the location of the leak? The only reason TireJect would not seal a leak is if the leak is in the valve stem or if the puncture was greater than 3/8'. If you did not see the tire sealant leaking out of the tire my bet is a leaky valve stem.
As for the plastic tool we have come across a few cases with the plastic tool breaking as you describe. We have never broken one of the plastic tools, but I have seen either over tightened valve cores or corroded valve cores that require a metal tool. This is also a sign of a potentially damaged valve stem.
Please give us a call at 607-329-0789. If we cannot resolve the issue over the phone we will provide a refund per the TireJect Guarantee.

HI Dave, I would love to hear more about your application to see if we can help or learn what the issue was. Tire repairs on my Wildcat 1000 X Limited
I damaged a front tire in the desert last spring. I plugged it in the desert, but it still had a slow leak. I took it in to a tire shop, but they couldn't stop the slow leak. We went home and had our original tires mounted for the summer. When we returned to Arizona for this winter I had my rock tires mounted up, and of course the tire still leaked (and so did 1 rear tire. I ordered some TireJect and put it in both leaking tires. After going for a ride both tires had stopped leaking. Yesterday, I punched another hole in my front tire, the tire went soft so I put a plug in it. After going back down the trail, the tire stayed inflated and I finished the ride. Today we went on another big ride, tire has stayed at the same pressure (10 lbs). Excellent product!

I had my Kubota tires to the local tire shop to repair leaks on three (3) occasions! No luck. The tires continued to slow leak every time. Considered tubes, then found TireJect. What the heck, cheaper than tubes, so I ordered a kit. When it arrived, I went out, followed the directions - mentally prepared for (expecting?) mediocre results but maybe slow the leaks even more. I had a riding lawnmower that kept getting low air pressure in a couple of the tires. I bought enough tireject for all 4 tires and the application was very simple. These tires having been aired up for several months and haven\'t lost any air pressure. The kit came with a plastic tire core valve removal tool which wasn\'t strong enough to remove one of the valve cores. Luckily I had a metal valve core removal tool. It would be a better kit if a metal valve core removal tool was used instead of the plastic one. Very happy with the results of the tireject.

The sealant product is GREAT!
The sealant product is GREAT!! Had a slow side wall leak on my zero turn mower for 2 years now and the sealant cured the problem. Gave it 4 stars due to the packaging though. The injector only holds 2 oz from the 8 oz package so you have to fill multiple times. No problem with filling, however the container will not stand up by itself, in fact mine fell over and I lost some of the sealant.
A plastic bottle that stands by itself would be a big improvement.
Hi, Dave. Thanks for the review, we love hearing back from our customers! A little trick that might help next time... TireJect Tire Sealant is thin enough that the injector is more of a funnel. Typically you can funnel all 8oz into the tire by pouring slowly, it might back up a little bit and then you just need to plunger it through. You shouldn't need to disconnect the injector from the valve stem until all 8oz is injected. If you are measuring a smaller amount you can kink the hose, measure, unkink to allow sealant to funnel in the tire and then repeat all without disconnecting from the valve stem. Hopefully that's helpful and thanks again for the feedback!
